Humm so it seems the guy who owns the car sent in the shot. I had told him he could use it for a canvas etc and was free to post it about as long as I got a credit. Not really Golf+'s fault other than they should ask for confirmation of copywrite from reader submitted pics. I'll drop them a note.

Doesn't make a difference but I took it at a show I didn't ask him and he didn't ask me. He posted under the show pic thread on edition asking if he could use it for a canvas.

To follow up on this, I did email Golf+ and they were very apologetic about it. It's not the first time this has happened either as another mag took my shots of a show off Flickr and published them as part of an article. On that occasion I invoiced them and promptly received a cheque for several hundred quid.
