Get them.

I've been running them for nearly a year and they are an improvement over stock but quite harsh and stiff... If you want an improvement in ride and don't want such a harsh ride get the FK-AK set, they are £5 more and much more comfy and still a vast improvement over the stock cr@p.

Just my two cent as I got JOM's fitted and a friend had FK AK's fittes the same time.

By a considerable amount too,, on the fk ak you can still bounce the car around whilst parked up on the JOM's there hardly any movement in comparison, all depends if you want a firmer ride or an improvement with comfort. Which is the only way I could describe it.
