We have had a few started with my cab in The Golf quite a few years ago now, the mk1 has been in most of the mags over the last year or so but taht was when it belonged to teh old owner (apart from once) And the best on ewas with Volkswagen Driver with both the Limited's on the front Cover, and it came out teh day of inters last year so that was cool.

PVW IMO do to many foreign cars, some cars in The Golf are sh!t lol sorry! an both these mags woulnd't do the 2 Limiteds and guess what the reason was???

Standard is good in my opinion, but they still don't really count as Classics and a standard car isn't of intrest to most of the mags, even if it is a limited!

Shame really cos I think their missing out!

So they'd rather feature a standard 8 or 16v mk2 with the same old mods thrown at it than two limiteds??!!

That makes sense. Lets ignore 5% of the total production run of the Limited to feature the same mk2 as last month but in a different colour.

I should be a features editor. After next weeks labotomy, of course.

With the money you've been spending on the Red Rocket recently it looks like a surgeon has already carried out the operation!
