Anyone on here had a mag feature?
« on: 31 March 2005, 13:22 »
just wondered if anyone had the joy of being featured.

Everymonth I wonder through the pages of PVW and see cars that frankly i dont think are nice enough to be featured...

when we have so many nice ones here!

I'd like to see one of the mags visiting the various Club meets around the Country. Like a tour of the country and reviews on each meet...

I know that they have done some, but not all over the country

JV - Do you know what mag it was featured in? I might have it in the attic

Would be good, I don't think PVW really have any interest in more normal VW events. Golf+ may be more up for it.

It is supposed to have been on the front of The Golf some time many years ago. 94-96 time I would guess. I have The Golf from, I think, April 96 that has quite a big feature on all the engine work Power Engineering did to it. Looks just the same then as it does now! Well, apart from the bend I put in the front splitter yesterday

I sent my details on Cab project to Golf and PVW last year and they both where interested once the project is completed - as they said never gone a GLi Cab in standard form before that had been restored. (Well it won't be that standard form once I've finished with it)

The landy was a feature vehicle in a landy mag...wrecks to riches...bout how it started as a battered site truck and what I had done to it.
