Amanda darling:
You are being off topic big time.
I started this thread especially for you, as I thought you would provide a fabulous contribution.

I'll start .......

Well, this little incident happened about 6 months ago and it is 100% factual.

It was a dull Monday morning and I was very meticulously reversing into a very tight parking space at work. My reversing sensors cautioned me to stop, but I felt I knew a bit better as they tend to be rather optimistic, so I inched gingerly backwards. Whist this intricate manoeuvre was being performed, a very pretty and young female colleague in an extremely short and tight fitting red dress dropped her car keys right in front of my car. She bent down to pick them up and her pert bottom, which was covered scantly in a black thong, was revealed in all its glory to my prying and delighted eyes.

I must admit I was taken aback a bit, in the nicest possible way, and so was my car slap bang into the wall. The car suffered a badly scuffed bumper and my pride was sorely dented.

Well, it did not end there. She came over to me and admonished me for looking up her skirt. Then, she had the gall to ask me whether I enjoyed the sight. Can you believe such cheek or two cheeks in this case. Further, she accused me of being a dirty old man, a title I wear with great pride.

In conclusion, we have become very, very good friends at last!!!!!

It's good to own a VW Golf Mk6 GTI in Tornado Red.

You and your rear end again Asker. And now you're immortalising your guilt on the Internet!

I don't have anything nearly as amusing although the neighbour's Panamera picked up a 4 foot high cock on his bonnet when it last snowed. I nearly lost control of my car I was laughing so hard. The neighbourhood kids. Exceptional attention to detail.

to be fair my biggest mistake was upgrades,

the added power and bigger wheels made it handle like poo, too much for the chassis perhaps ?

still won a few races in it

but the mk5 was much better, but i put that down to the sponsorship deal

Well if it's confession time...

Shortly after getting the car I reversed into the garage (bearing in mind that its a double garage) and when the wing mirror hit the side of the opening realised that I might be a touch too close - I said "Oh Dear", got out the car and looked and realised that the door was also nicely touching the garage door frame

Now I was in a dilemma - go backwards or go forwards - which would do least damage? I put full lock on, engaged 1st gear and pulled away from the door and got out to examine the door with a lump in my throat, butterflies in my stomach and a touch of "please no...please no"

Luckily I'd only scuffed the paint and a quick hit with some Menzerna polish and my Makita and it was like new  Unlike the garage door which still has a nice scuff in the wood texture - a constant reminder of my stupidity!

Lesson learnt - and I didn't have any buxom blonde distracting me so no excuse really!

The most stupid thing?

Overtaking an unmarked Pole-eese 5 Series at a speed that will assure me a lengthy period of enforced pedestrian status.

After some proper fast cars and bikes, I get nabbed in the slowest car I've had in years. Doh!
My 'special day' as 'the accused' looms large.
I best make this a good summer, I think.

Reducing my Golf count by the week....
..but gaining motorcycles.
