It's how im planning on doing it anyway.

You and Josh could help smooth my bumper too if you fancy it, then we could be the Kent smooth crew.

I'm not being funny but....

I can see the bulb in the headlight chamber working during the day, but surely at night it will be a problem? Average headlight bulb is 55w, the brightest indicator is still only 21w.

It would be really difficult to tell if you are indicating a night, esp as I'm guessing the light would follow the reflector pattern of the headlight, so truckers might be a big problem.

Last thing we would want is Bellend getting killed isn't it?
People who have done the smooth bumper/vento front before have put ultra bright LED strips in the outer corners of the headlight, and they look subtle, couldn't see them unless your looking for them.
At least in this position they would be more visible at night.

Alternatively, if you could find a way to dim the headlight when indicating like Audi's do their running lights, that would look pretty sweet!

Thats what I'm gonna get!

Yeah but they are vile.

Cheers for the comments on the bumper guys. Gonna need a respray thanks to a "mate" driving my car in a carpark without my permission straight into another mates car.

But will get it sorted.

Gonna try bright LED's in the headlgihts, outside the reflector along the side. Not gonna use the same reflector as the headlights!

I loaned a car to a mate of mine overnight about a year ago, he dropped it on my drive at about 4:30am, I had to go to work at 5:00am so I just hopped in without checking it over, I was pulled over on the way in to work and was asked where my number plates were.

It didn't take a lot of searching to find a dual carriageway sign from Brighton in the boot with the seats folded down either.

Wasn't happy!
