Maybe someone with new G60 wings could put the size place and dimensions of the slot then someone like me could just dremel the 2 slots ?? Would be an easier option IMO..

It's not just the 2 slots, it's the stepped-up bit in the middle too. To be honest unless you are very patient and very good with metal/very accurate you might as buy the G60 ones as if you get it wrong thats quite costly messing up some new genuine standard wings. What it would cost a garage to do that would bring it to around the same price as a G60 wing (and that's if they do it right!), so you might as well buy the genuine thing that doesn't need any work doing on it!

Have the G60 wings got a wider arch to go with the wider spats?

Nick

No, just the same.

Sod fannying around with g60 items, and cutting holes, leave the wing complete with no holes and snap the plastic lug off the arch, then rivet the arch. Jesus christ, dremelling the wing- whatever next?! I might remove my rear g60's, plastic weld a lug onto them, then dremel my rear quarter to accept the lug. Yeah that's a good idea what do you reckon??!!!

Nah araldite is the best way, so much that it never comes off and if it does it takes paint with it. Brilliant stuff araldite, its what's holding the rest of my bodykit on, including the 8ft aerofoil wing out back!! And my fast n furious side decals aint never coming off thanks to the 'dite

If you are going to use araldite I suggest you prep and leave both surfaces with brake fluid for 24 hours to ensure a clean bond.

Nah I prefer cv joint grease as a sort of 'keying' primer.. Whilst were on the topic, I'm after some 3 spoke alloys to fit under my rudeboy wheel arches if anyone knows?? Also some sort of badboy bonnet would be awesome, the more/bigger the vents the better really.. I'm even feeling a turbo whistler exhaust attachment and an electronic dump valve on the cards soon... What do you guys think??
