new clutch 800 quid fitted

My local mechanic quoted me unhappy on this. So how hard is it to do it myself??

Sadly not. Only a 1.8t . Mr clutch want 750 half the cars value :sick:

your clutch should be £150 to buy, then maybe another £200-£300 fitted i would have thought

Do not use mr clutch.

i paid £300 all in, and that was for the vr6 conversion too! and i had the flywheel skimmed.

that price is CRAZZZZZZZZZZY!

Yeah thinking of doin the vr conversion. Is it best to pay someone or DIY.

its not the worst job in the world, only specialist tool is for the clutch alignment
