rear driver side lights
« on: 30 April 2011, 21:39 »
The rear light was out on the driver side, bought some new  bulbs and changed them and nothing?

tried the bulb on the passenger side and it worked fine  :undecided:

also replace the reverse lights and they don't work either, need to sort this before my MOT on 27th may

The brake lights work fine as do the indicators

The non-funtioning reverse lights will probably be a reverse light switch fault, either the switch on the gearbox is dead or you have snapped wires going into the plug for the switch.

Reverse lights are not checked on the MOT so you can leave that for now.

IIRC the rear tail lights are on separate fuses? check those first :afro:

I don't think a semi will give the same results
