Have you actually had a good poke around underneath? I'm sure it has problems but it might not be that bad?

Easily worth the £100 in my opinion. Even if you break it it's better that some of it's parts keep another mk2 on the road than it just get weighed in.

no not yet, had a quick feel...feels like some rot on sills at least but i exspect no less, to be honest i can do alot of the work my self!

Right so here's what im thinking......Im gunna pick it up IF i can sort these things out?

-rear windows? easy to replace (3 door) bonded or what?
-Drag it home with mate the best plan? its in a right crappy lane propper narrow and bumpy!
-Starting it? Not too botherd but i really need to know this "way around"

Figured i just get it home then pull it apart to see how bad the rot is....if shocking will just strip it if not maybe resto?

If you've got the space then you can't really loose! You'll get your money back easily if you decide to move it on.
