I wouldn't have thought the valver's key would have a chip in it full stop, and therefore couldn't get it programmed for your anni.
I'm sure a key cutters could cut you the key for the barrel and program a chip for the anni no problem.
I only had one key for mine when i got it, the spare had been bent clean in half, so was useless. Got a quote for £45 for a new key. part of the reason I went for the rclick central locking kit in the end, two free key blanks the key cutters did for free. Just cut my bent key up to get at the chip and stuck it in
