You can buy a broken bolt extractor kit. Wich has screw like bits that have revers threads on them.
You drill a hole in middle of stud then screw extractor onto it then just under it and take it out. 

this is your best bet, just google easy outs

If a stud extractor will not get it out then you may need to remove the head to drill it out as you will not have enough room.

yeah thats what there called easy outs.
they work i bought some as had same problem on my old car and they work a treat

got the nuts and studs today from a place called slough TPS , i think they only supply the motor trade ,

studs 68P each
nuts 35P each ,

going to weld nuts on to them and get them out later tonight ,

My nans Polo has snapped studs. We're gonna take the front panel out and drill em.

I got the one stickint out the block out by welding a nut on ! All I have to do Tommrow is tackle the flush one :/ ha
