I had an F reg 8v,i fitted 16v master cylinder,256 grooved/drilled disc's with hubs and the larger ball joint.(i think all the hubs are the same 89/90 on).A good set of fast road pads all round.Mk3 rear calipers(larger bore piston).Don`t bother with drilled/grooved disc's on the back,you don`t need them.Braided hoses allround.Check the compensator,make sure it moves freely,WD40 will loosen it up.Make sure the brake pipes are OK,front to back pipes,compensator to axle,across rear axle, all have a tendency to go rotton.Then use a good brake fluid to bleed the whole system and you will have brakes you wish you had always had.
