my boot build and full car install :)

hi guys and gals,
i nabbed the jvc headunit out of my alfa romeo 147 (missed lots :()
once i hooked it all up, it sounded rubbish so i thought speakers so got my self a set of hifonic zues speakers powered buy an toxic 1600w amp. then i purchased a 12" alpine sub with amp for £30 bargin :) and my mate threw in those vibe speakers that are in the parcel shelf also powerd by the amp :), here are some pics of the speakers and the boot build
i am making it out of glass fibre, very time consuming like  :laugh:

Are you going to hide the wire going along the sills? Not sure I would've cut a door pod and shelf to install the speakers.  I'm sure it sounds good though!

nah the doors already haadd the perfect sized holes, and the parcel shelf was a one i got from a scrappy for freeeee :)

Hiya mate.

Looks like you've got a few air bubbles in the box buddy.

Best to sand them out now before going any thicker. Do you have a roller? It's amazing how much resin you save using one. Well worth the extra time and relatively little cost.

You've got 3 sets of speakers. How you powering them?

nah i dont have one, i have done it and trying atm just need to go over once more next to the mdf to make it fully leak proof, and there all powered by that 4 channel amp in the seat, none through the original cables.
