I dont think you need to notch the chassis if you bag it... only need to if you raise the engine and bag it? I could be wrong though

I was under the assumption that the drivers side driveshaft will catch if you go silly low.I will be using a baffled, shallow r32 sump so shouldnt need to raise the engine.
Im also going on what Bucksfizzturbo is doing on his :)

Im only 1 and half inch of the floor (sump) and not 1 issue with driveshafts, i was under the assumption if i want to go lower then id need to raise the engine - thus some notching. Again i'll happily be proven wrong

Also been looking into the r32 sump mod, something i need to do since im living on borrowed time  Just rebuilt my vr and id rather keep it full of that sweet engine nectar... expensive mod but worth it

Ah i could be wrong then Leigh.Ive managed to get the valves and some line together might as well as it is free lol.
Only really need bags and compressor then.

Best get on ebay then!

Regarding the R32 sump am i right in thinking you use the 32 sump and pump - 2.8 4mo dipstick?

If your going to run air ride you will need to notch the chassis to get clearance for the driveshafts.

Steering wheel looks really nice.

Will do it while i have the welder out smoothing the bay.
