Well one is an obd2 2.8 vr6 bored to a 3.0 with wossner low compression pistons but has been stripped for overhaul but I was only going to do that myself with whatever engine I bought.
The other one is a AAA lump with a 2.9Abv head with schimmel cams.
I'm off to pick them up Friday! Wahay!

Both lumps sound the shiz!!! Cant wait to see how this pans out! I kinda agree with you with the borbets though. They are a great wheel, (I have em too), but just don't look 'really special' if you know what I mean.  :undecided:

Yeah i agree Sean,im hoping my mind changes when i get them back! :grin:

Cant wait to get the engines,its the part ive been looking forward too out the whole project as engines is what i do best  :evil:

I'm also liking the sound of the new engine :evil:

Do you get along to any meets Lincoln way? I might have to venture down to one if you do.

I go to the midweek ones mate these are sporadic but usually on a thursday.But BCD always have one at the end of the month on the last sunday at willingham woods.
Theres a lot of us convoying down to UD if you fancy it?Meeting at newark and heading down together.
