Thanks lads!
A lot of people seem to like the rear lights.Im unsure,i think because there is nothing in the middle to break them up they look like they have just been stuck on there.I think they would work much better if i went with a us spec numberplate tub in the tailgate and fully smoothed the bumpers but then it would look like all the other show going mk3s.While they look real nice i prefer to be different

The car was subtly beautiful without having anything 'shouty' like them rear lights.. they are nice but dont suit in my opinion

I agree, you should give them to me! ;) In all honesty though, I think your rear lights you had on there before hand suit your car perfectly and the all reds, although are awesome in there own right, look really out of place. I think it is because everything is smoked and dark, it makes the lights stick out like a sore thumb?

Thanks lads.yeah I think I'm going to shelve the all reds for now.
The original rears are going to a window tint place and I'm going to remove flyeyes and get a light smoke laminex.
I hope your car is in bits for the right reasons junior?

Engine is in bits and the car gets a full colour change respray after Christmas.

I was going to go turbo but thinking Just get it all rebored  to a 3.1 and I think that will do me
Still not sure yet...time will tell.

Although you MK3 looks awesome already, a rebore and colour change sounds pretty special! I don't wanna thread hijack, but I don't believe you have been updating your thread!!!
