Coil? It has the ignition amplifier built it, it might be failing. Also the fact that the car holds back under load points towards coil.

It might be your air flow sensor that's knackered which could cause your car to run badly.
Let me know how you get on. Good luck

why does the agg(or other engines)need the pipe coming from rocker cover to intake duct? cant you just plug this and leave crank breather pipe in place?....also is the disc on top of rocker cover serviceable, cant seem to get it off,its got tons of crap in it..which i think will not help my running problems..

The breather pipes need to be fitted as it forms part of a closed loop system. Without it fitted running and idle will almost certainly be affected. The flying saucer looking thing on top of the rocker cover cant be taken apart but what ive done in the past is to soak it in petrol for a while to remove all the mayo gunk from inside it.

Yeah you simply disconnect the hoses then remove the breather pressure regulating valve from the top of the rocker cover, on the AGG engines there are two screws holding it down beneath a square plastic plate then carefully pull it from the rocker cover. Be prepared to replace the rubber gasket/ collar around the base though as these can split when removed as they perish with age.
