Ahh gutted.

I think driving test should have to be re-done at 60 because half the fekkers drive blind.

Car is 100% write off.

if you was on the main rd at the junction and she flew out from a minor rd you will definately get a pay out and good case for compo to. i was speeding once and a merc sprinter t-boned me and he got f**ked for it. i told the police man i was doing 55 in a 30 and he didnt care cus i had right of way and the van shud of payed more attention.lol.

so you admitted to doing nearly double the speed limit and the copper didnt book you  even tho you effectively reduced the sprinter drivers reaction time and really you should have been held at blame

no really i was on a main rd and he pulled out of a side rd which had a stop sign on it and a thick solid white line acros it. legally its his duty to take care when pulling out and there was sh!t loads of witnesses that saw him pull out on me when i was about 10 metres away from him . it brought the town centre to a stand still for half hour buses had to mount the pavement to get round the crash the front of my car went straight into the front axle of the van. completely pushed the front up it was like the whole front was missing it was serious sh!t. my kid was in back of car at time luckily he was fine but my mrs hit her head of the windscreen and cut her head bad but she jumped out the car and started on the van driver. it was funny afterwards she called him every name under the sun. he bricked it. some random passer by appeared from knowhere with a fire extinguisher.fire engines police ambulances. it was pure carnage.

the police arent that nieve that they belive everyone travels round at 30mph you know. i knew i had right of way and you cant blag traffic police they can tell speed you travel at in that situation from the damage and skid marks etc if its investigated. i told him i wasnt doing 30 and he didnt care as we was the ones in the smashed up car with a child and the fact obviously legally i had right of way and he even said it didnt matter if i was doing 130mph it still wud of been the van driver who shudnt of pulled out on me. obviously i wud of been booked for speeding but not causing a accident. we got paid out for the car a hire car paid for for a month and compo on top of that . worked out quite well.lol.
