even if the other party has no insurance you can still claim for your car, speak to a solicitor about it, when mine was written off i asked about the other partys insurance and solicitor told me he was covered but even if he wasnt then i could still get money for my car, didnt ask much more but think i remember him saying its a requirement by law for your insurance companies now

pisser about your car, but from this you can go to better things, if my astra wasnt written off then i wouldnt have got my gti

Gutted to hear this.  The car looks proper beat.  Glad you are OK though.

I take it from that, it's 100% her fault?

Move on to the next toy.  Keep it VAG!

Another reason why old people shouldn't drive

Hope it all gets sorted mate, would be interested in the manifold if it's an uprated one lol

Bad luck there now. Only thing is if its written off my insurance co.. Buy it off them for cheap money along with the compensation youl get and repair the car yourself. Its not that bad, Wing and door can be easily replaced, a good body man will sort the sill and quarter panel np. And youl have effectively ended up with a car for nothing, providing the ould biddys insurance company coughs up!
