I'll do the chin lip you do the rear diffuser ( which I dislike currently ) I was thinking Black gloss, but would look great in carbon, maybe lacquered

The rear diffuser is awful. 
Mine got damaged very slightly during the first month of ownership, so I bought a new one. Relatively cheap. Tried to get the damaged one re-painted in anthracite, but the Honda bodyshop made a mess of it. Be a brilliant idea to sort this. Can't wait for you to do yours.
