I would keep it as it is I think it looks nice as it is.
But if you do do it def keep it as if you ever sell the car it will sell loads easyer with orig stuff.

Then fit, Carbon seats, Carbon dash, Carbon door cards, polish the floor etc, then finish it all off with a nice cage!
