Nope. I don't know exactly how it's done, but the original cams can be ground to a new specification.
You grind the base centre diameter down, to leave the lobe sitting higher...of course, you can only go so far before the BCD gets too small for the follower to adjust to...and you are limited to the profile of the lobe depending on what's there to begin with.
For an ABF running Digi 3.2 and a Cat/lambda, you really want lots of lift, and semi-limited duration.
Pointless throwing in 300 degree cams with 10.5mm lift...far better with 268 cams and 11.7mm lift (for example)
Potentially a re-grind will give more lift, and standard-ish duration...which should work. If the lifters will cope.
