I new here so I thought I would add a couple of pics of my mk3

why run the front plate on the back with no front plate at all? :undecided:

The only reason I put this plate on was that I needed to get to a meet & I couldn't find the rear plate so I put the front on on the rear. This was better than running no back plate

i like it, lower is always better. practicallity out the window i see

I'm not thinking practical

mate, this has just shot upto my second fave mk3 on here!!!
poss joint 1st!
everything is immaculate! set up nicely!
cant wait till i get mine upto this standard!!
can i ask though, how did you sort the material on the b + c pillars, just doing mine at the minute, and cant work out how to do it without losing the functionality of the seat belt sliders??
good work dude!

Thanks mate
Keep watching this, it might become become No1

OK on the b pillar you can remove the centre panel from behind by sliding it down wards. Then you can trim the panel & put it back together again.
The c panel is easy, you trim the panel & cut a slit in the seat belt area & fold it behind.
I will see if I have some detailed pictures & I can pm them to you

Meh, it looks to me like its a show pony to promote the business and their skills, and for that it probably does a great job.  I can't wait to see the interior done.

this ^^^

looks sweet!

who cares about the plates, camber and poke? it a good advert for the business.

It's what customers want to see, potential, the limits, stuff they can't do themselves, not stuff they can get from halfrauds.

thats what i was trying to say, just worded it badly.

gonna keep an eye on this one, exactly what i would like to do if mine wasnt a daily.

It has been a little while since I have up dated the build of project Extra LOW so I am going to go through with it quickly.

Next up was sound deadening, as it's a budget build I didn't go for any branded stuff.

Sonic laying some down

Whilst Satman cutting it up

With help of many friends on a friday after work late in to the night & then the next day about late afternoon more friends & the ones from the night before came down to give a hand if they could.

The plan was to finish the rest of the build off

Time for some wires to go down & audio to go.

Stinger rca have been used

Audio going into the car
Head unit Kenwood KDC-BT8044U
x2 Sets of Rockford fosgate P1652-s  componets 6 1/2"
Powered by Rockford fosgate R300-4 amp
x2 Subs 15" Pro plus worf51 1000w rms
Powered by x2 Amergeddon AR2000.1d class d mono block 1000w rms @ 1ohm
I have also added a Cache cloc+d line out put converter (this boost signal voltage from the headunit)

I had a Mulberry high line interior sitting in the workshop so that was going in to the car

When got the rear door cards out we found that some one previously had had cut & screwed 6"x9" speakers in the rear door cards
This wasn't going to stop us so a temporary fix had to be done for us to complete this car by the end of tomorrow.
So we had to cut the bottom section on the original cloth door cards trim this section in black alcantara which it was going to be any ways to mach the front door pockets & roof lining.

Front door cards where complete so these now went on with the lower pocket trimmed in black alcantara & the tweeter housing

Neatened up some of those wires

Then Expanding foamed areas & places where it needed it

Jake helping me out

I had by now made a false floor & laid it down & foamed under that as well.

Left this to go for that night.

This is amazing i love it!

I'm definately going to be keeping a close eye on the interior to see how you do it!

Quick question though, how did you get the sunroof handle on top of the fabric?
