Anyone got a strutbrace?
« on: 03 March 2005, 19:06 »
I've just fitted all new engine mounts, now the engine sits so high/forward in the bay that the throttle body pulley catches on the strutbrace. Anybody else had a problem with this kind of thing?

I've taken the brace off and it drives fine.

nope. mine all fits in there fine! but then it is an eibach one... in many peoples opinion the best one ever!!!

did you get the right mounts? i shouldn't have thought it should make that much difference in the height of the engine?
