yes. did a oil top up last week. this occured just today 

think I have had enough of the gti... nothing but problems  the whole idea behind buying a new car was so I wouldnt have these problems.

no. the raised part you are looking at fades into the bumper. it just seems to be catching the light slightly

Im not sure what your saying are you saying its used at least half a ltr of oil in a week, prob much more as it was enough to set off the oil pressure warning.
