surely the car can handle a bit of foot down fun every now and then  :undecided:

You know anyone nearby with vagcom? Could be an excuse for a new exhaust depending whether your keeping you car???

the guys down at the RR place do so I will try get it to them. think i need to replicate the problem a few times first though. Not going to be keeping it this time i dont think. goes back end of aug :smiley:

you may just be a little far for me to travel. I think I have got to the bottom of this now. When I went to start the car last night, it came up as "check oil leve!"l.  :embarassed:

ok... had the light again this time it stayed on flashing for some time!  :sad:

checked the book and its something to do with the exhaust... could be down to a missfire. Supposed to drive slower and take straight to a dealership..  :undecided:
