I take it from later on asking if you need to take the disc of that you have plugged this sensor in not fitted hoping the code will go?

You need to fit the new sensor, then take it for a drive and if that is the only fault it will clear itself. You dont need Vag.com etc for this. Over the years i replaced all of my abs sensors at least once (buy cheap buy twice).

There is a how to thread on here about removing them but i found the easiest way is to smash it into bits with a chissel and pull the bits out.

You might also need to sand down the case of the new sensor to get it to fit as i found the replacement ones were not a good fit.

Every single one ive done over the years i had to sand down the casing to some degree, some took more effort than others admittedly.

Yeah i agree, i normally bolt it in half way, it gets stuck, remove it, sand it, refit, gets stuck, remove, sand more, swear a lot and after about 6 attempts get it in place.

Also watch you knuckles on the brake disc when u bashing it out!

Ok all done, it was pissing it down and a bit Windy but i was going to get this done, i tried to tease it out with a blunt chisel but it broke off flush  so off come the disk only took 10 Min's so not too bad. BUT light is still on iv only took it for a little drive so tomorrow I'll give it a good run soon as i find out why its started running bad.
