ive removed my dump valve but the engine managment light still comes on

you need to get the fault code cleared with vag diagnostic software, or just disconnect your battery for 10 minutes (remember you'll need the security code for your stereo)

Disconnect your battery for a couple of minutes and that clears the fault codes.
Had the same on mine when a boost pipe sheared off. Replaced pipe but still no boost. Disconnected battery and all ok.

ive had the light turned off and code cleared but its come on agian its says bank1 systems too rich

did you refit your old diverter valve properly ? check all the hoses to it are tight, especially the little vacuum hose, follow that one along its entire length and check for splits.
