mk4 daash into mk3

right so has anyone done this? as i am very interested in doing it! looks really nice and from what information i can find it bolts straight in as long as you dont want to use the original steering wheel?? any help would be appreciated

Alot of work, been done a few times to be honest! Most of it will have to be re-wired and the dash will need chopping slightly to get it in. Will try and find the threads for it later :)

That is the same as a mk3 from memory but mk4 style clocks.

yeah it is its the same clocks as well just with the different colours in like the mk4

Isn't the 3.5 more of a matte, so doesn't reflect light onto the windscreen?

Not sure but to fit a mk4 dash is a major ballache I believe

Search Button. Found the Vwvortex thread on this a while back!
Sounds like a pain in the japs eye!
Even if you're going 20vt you still need to chop and cut the dash down to fit!
