I doubt a water leak would allow the windows 2 steam up.... I would say your heater core is leaking ???

Sorry but that is bullsh!t. Condensation on windows is caused by water in the car, a leaking rear light seal would certainly allow enough water into the car to cause condensation. There is absolutely nothing to suggest that the heater matrix is leaking

+1 on that. Doesn't take much of a leak for things to start getting very foggy

had a look on ebay and couldnt find any, but i'll try some of the other stuff suggested :) cheers!

Lights are getting replaced soon anyway but just wanted to get this done and see as there is no condensation in the light units it only happens inside the car, and I would of thought if it was coming from the lights there would be some kind of evidence of water on or inside the light units?

and lol at water not causing condensation
