On most cars they only work when the lights are on - so the supply is energised via a relay connected to the headlight circuit.
You also need to think about where the water will come from - on some cars they use the same water supply as the windscreen washers - on other cars I have owned, they used a seperate tank.
I would imagine that its quicte and easy job, if you have the wiring diagram (if needed) and all the necessary bits.
Best bet is to speak to a breaker who has an R32 (or another model with H/lamp washers in). Probably get a reasonable deal on the whole lot, and if you can go and remove the biots from the car, you can take notes/photos whilst you do it, so you know where to route everything onyour car. You might even get a mini-loom for the whole job, and it might turn out to be a simple plug n play job.
