Done my door handles earlier and it's real nice stuff to work with, bit of heat from hairdryer and it forms round curves nicely.

The passenger and rear one's just need a flat head screwdriver and some gentle persuasion. Put the screw driver in the gap and prize the handle of and work your way along it once it's loose use your hands and pull it off. For the drivers door handle you need to remove the lack plastic bit on the inside. again a flat head screwdriver will help. It will just pop off. Then the whole handle just need pulling in all corners at that will pop off too.

Im gonna ask this question here rather than start a new thread so i hope this is the right place!

I wish to wrap my wood effect in my MK4 1.8 GTI in the 3M carbon fibre effectbut my grab handle on the drivers side has some very fine cracks through the wood effect. I am wondering if i need to replace that section before wrapping it incase the fine cracjs show or does anyone have any experience of wrapping such cracks and it looking fine in the end?

Many thanks

SG!
