I reckon as long as they are fine cracks, you should be ok mate. You could always remove the handles and apply a little filler then sand them down 1st before applying the wrap

Just a thought.

If they are just fine cracks then try some 800 grade sandpaper. That should smooth them out. Then go over it again with some 1200 grade then clean the handle and then start wrapping. That should give a good finish.

as said it depends on what the cracks are like. my door handles had a few little dents/scratches from keys and stuff and the dont show through the vinyl at all

same with mine too
thats the main reason i covered some parts in the car because of the scraches and scuffs
didnt show through at all
