Looks great, getting old fittings blasted and coated is very satisfying and definitely worth doing, shiny new looking passivated parts always make a big difference.
I rebuilt the suspension on my 911 and had a bunch of stuff blasted, powder coated and passivated. Made a massive difference and didn't cost the earth, a bucket full of fittings, small parts, etc can be plated for about £25-30
Be interesting to see how long the finish lasts when using those DIY plating kits.
