In this photo you can see the fall of the land and how the barn is sort of 'dug in' at the back:

This is where it's leaking:

It appears to be between an older layer of blocks and a new one.
Part of the solution may be to make sure the guttering is OK along the back wall and the wall on the other barn!

This evening I mostly removed this from the SJ:

It's an alarm loom in the middle of all that tat. It still starts and runs and I'm generally quite pleased about that.
Unfortunately it seems to have rotted out under the seats, so I have quite a lot of welding to do to make this area good before we go too much further:
The seam at the back of the seating area is clear in this photo - this is completely rotted out:
