Good god, that is some serious boosttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

They are just playing, check out http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1575817 for some serious boost (and budget). Amazes me when people state that these people have amazing skills. They are just good fabricators who have a lot of money to play with. There is a very big distinction between these sort of projects and the engineering that you see in proper motorsports, aerospace or even in the arms game. Anyone can throw money at a project and get a nice looking result that is practically undriveable and I have a lot more respect for people like Adaptorman who did the 4wd caddy that was in the projects pages with zero knowledge and budget all in his own backyard than any of these fancypants show car boys. *gets down off fence

I hear what you're saying and no credit goes to the owner as it is he who has the big wallet... but i still think the guys that are being paid are doing some cracking work! Skill may not be the correct word but there is no denying a lot of thought and hard work has gone into this.

oh and Adaptorman is a god in comparison

It's been a month so thought i'd give this a bump as there has been more progress.

Click

A question has been raised on the Manifold setups asking if any calculations have been made due to the way that both manifolds join into one just before the two turbos.  Question has not been anawered although it is an interesting question on an interesting setup for a twin turbo, I've always seen one turbo per manifold on V engines????

The thing that worries me is how far over the front axle line the engine block is, the handling will be interesting. :undecided:

The levels of workmanship on this motor are truly incredible and I can't wait to see the finished creation, it's going to be utterly ridiculous!
