There are plenty of bargain Fords, Renaults, Vauxhalls out there to be ruined.

Don't forget to call into Halfords on your way home......

Least I can attack it with the hair dryer if it looks a bugger  :rolleyes: My main concern is does the paint get score lines in it when they trim around the edges with the knife?

If you get someone decent to do it then no i wouldn't have thought so, only have experience of vinyl on work vans :undecided:

I'd of thought they would lay a whole sheet over the bonnet then use a hair dryer to make it pliable and cut the excess off in the panel gaps, so the knife shouldn't touch the paint. I could be wrong though.

I watched something on t.v where they wrapped a lotus in a union jack ,they do cut the vinyl to size on the bodywork with a very sharp knife applying the correct amount of pressure  . :undecided:
