Radio is being changed as old one doesn't work as i've already said. The wheels will stay for a while at least as they have brand new tyres on, and if they get changed it will be for something OEM. And it would never be 'slammed', it would look better with a subtle drop but at the end of the day it's my old mans car and he's 62 now, so realistically it will probably stay at standard ride height.

For the rear screen, if all the elements seem to work, try cleaning the contacts where the wiring plugs into the element before consigning it to the bin.

It could also be that it's getting no power at all, and is clearing on it's own, so try changing the fuse. Last but not least, check the wiring between the tailgate and body for splits.

It could also be that it's getting no power at all, and is clearing on it's own, so try changing the fuse. Last but not least, check the wiring between the tailgate and body for splits.

 check you are getting 12-13v on that rear screen with the engine running. test with the wires connected to the screen and with them disconnected to see if you have a volt drop under load. you might just have a dodgy earth etc, also check the resistance of the screen
