Best weather climate is in San Diego, California, US of A. You won't die from heat or cold there but from utter boredom.
 

When I was younger (20 years ago!) I lived in Buena Park in LA for a year and then Richmond in Virginia for 4 years. LA was good but VA was boring.
Can't complain though, as back then the American ladies loved the English accent
