I've just got out of my mate's new company car which just happens to be a GT TDI DSG.
Superb car, love the DSG mated to the Diesel engine, it pulls so well and I reckon it is so much fun to drive (you can use nearly all the power a hell of a lot of the time) that you would probably get lots of points on your licence quite quickly!
Nice comfy and grippy (sort of a suede type stuff) seats, and the cabin seems less cave like.
Only downsides are: the suspension's a bit wobbly when you're driving like a twit and it looks a bit crap unless you get the optional 18'' wheels.
Very nice car and I could happily live with it, but for the same sort of money I think I'd rather have a Leon FR TDI DSG.
Nice to see you getting honest about Diesel's at last
I've always been a TDI fan. Had plenty of the things and have often said on here in the past I'd have been just as happy with a GTD as my GTI. I bought my GTI as I got a few grand off and a good part ex price and there were no available cheap GTDs at the time.
