You might as well take the battery out, it only takes a few mins and its only a few nuts. Make sure you secure the main bulb in with that clip thing

I've had a look and on mine the top cover just slides off with a bit of jiggling side to side. I haven't took the battery out yet so i wouldn't know how the rest comes out. I managed to fit my bulbs in without taking the battery out. I used a pair of twisers for the side light and a pair of long nose pliers for the main bulb. Did get a few cuts though.

When changing bulbs you shouldn't really need to remove anything major, like the bumper or the battery, just the couple of black panels.? The first time i attempted to change the bulb took about half an hour, but that was at night time with minimal light, it WILL be fiddly if you're doing for the first time.? When taking the spring retainer off i suggest you pay close attention to how it is 'clipped' into place, this will save you some confusion later on.? But once you've understood how it all fits together you'll be able to do it within 5 mins, unless you've got hands like Shaquille O'Neal.?
