The mk3 will have to die to give us the parts needed to go onto the mk2. a Mk4 had to die for the engine..

IMO, late MK3 was the better concept. Better wiring IMO and more refined.

However the build quality in terms of paint and rust etc was just sh!te compared to the early ones.

Although they are much easier to work on

Don't start the which mk is better debate!! Its all in the eye of the owner 

Mk2 project sounds like fun cant wait to see it!!!
