thats true more and more parts are becoming hard to come by.. vw hardly have many needed parts now and repro stuff just isnt the same  :sad:

amen to that! door handles on mk2's being one!


I don't think a semi will give the same results

I believe VW are still making a lot of stuff under the classic banner, it is special order but well worth looking at. :smiley:

That's handy to know Wayne, is that from the main dealers?

I believe VW are still making a lot of stuff under the classic banner, it is special order but well worth looking at. :smiley:

Righty, got the exhaust on and had a little drive of her last week. Was fun and enjoyable. Next week I will be giving her to my friend to sort out the tracking, cam belt change and fitting the rear bushes. It will be fully on the road then. Miss it!

Black roofs on red cars look cool. Well I think they do. My 3 door has a satin black roof with red tears through it
