Well, the Audi wheels are moving on to pasteurs new so the RA's will be sitting on her for a while (as they are in a scuffed state!). Still, I think it looks good despite this. I shall be refurbing them in silver for the standard look.

took it out for a good blat today and loved every minute of it. Need to put the exhaust on the I have as the 'original' one is blowing. It really is driving nice and gets attention, even got a thumbs up from a chap in his classic SL!

And back to bed it goes!


Bonnet open just in case of a flat battery! :grin:

Off now to put the exhaust on and fit the air filter, may aswell service it while I am at it!

RA's are by far the best OEM wheel on a MK1 and 2.... looks great

Yeah it is, all my MK1s till now were dailys.. fook that now though, she deserves nothing but the best now!

thats true more and more parts are becoming hard to come by.. vw hardly have many needed parts now and repro stuff just isnt the same  :sad:
