I know mate, I was just a bit disappointed that LL wasn't doing it to another of his own mk3s 

I know, this can be my practice part 2, but I won't tell him that

I want to build a proper "built for speed" mk3 1.8t, but that won't happen for years. Thats my project for when I have a decent job and a house with a garage lol.

Engine is in and I'm up there saturday to start on the wiring

Any idea how your gonna do it yet? I've been thinking about getting an aum and an agg loom and having a go at it first as I cant have the car off the road for long, but I'm still pretty clueless lol

Just label all the wires each end on each loom and try and join them....
