You have a slight problem there old chap - Your head unit does not have any pre-amplified outputs.
By which I mean those RCA connectors you're holding that plug into the amp have nothing to plug into at the business end of things.
You have three options:
1) If you're lucky, your amplifier will accept High Level (i.e. amplified) outputs.
In which case you need to spur off of your speaker outputs and run a set of speaker wires to your amplifier in lieu of RCA cables
2) If you're not lucky, and your amp doesn't support high level inputs, you'll need to add an RCA converter, which takes a hi-level input (as before, spur off your existing outputs) and, via a box of tricks, will give you something to connect those RCA's up to.
3) the best - but most expensive - option; upgrade your headunit to something with pre-outs, preferably a couple of pairs, one of which should be non-fading.
