If it was my car i would have it set to T&D servicing. It looks like thats what your car maybe on... but with LL oil being used. It suggests to me that your car was driven relatively hard during its early life (sorry... but its nothing to worry about).
As said before dont believe what they told you on the phone, but get it down there to be check out and have them update the service book as proof.
