Its not just about being quicker; its the throttle response. Makes it far easier pulling off from junctions etc    and its laughable when you burn some chav off at the lights

I don't come across many of them anymore, although there was a focus with funny coloured headlights a few nights back who thought he could have a go.

Sooooo the Crappy Forge pipework saga this week continued.......

Went to have the EGR pipe fitted to find that the Forge item is TOO BIG and the profile is wrong. When fitted the pipe collapses in on itself making it more restrictive than the standard pipe 

Tried trimming it to make it fit (too late to send back) but it made no difference. End result is I have a new standard pipe on order at a cost of £45..........

On the plus side the Aldi passed its MOT today with NO advisories    No doubt some haters on ASN will love that seeing as I have xenons fitted but no headlight washers or self levelling, and that my DPF resides in my shed

Attempted pipe fitting took place BEFORE the MOT

And it passed on Friday 13th 

This Wednesday will mark 3 years of ownership
