when was the last time you serviced the car. If a coil was going down then you would get a miss fire. There is no need to fit uprated coilpacks as the standard ones cope fine on a stage2 map.

now you have eliminated the MAF and the actuator springs back fine then really need to check the pcv system and the one way valve as Nick mentioned.

Didnt say i needed uprated coils was just stating a fact that you need to with the skylines when upping boost as they break down under load and nick has said before that when mapping it can show up previous probs that were there already but more due to more power . my car doesnt misfire but if one is breaking down slightly under load/boost then it could cause a prob .
its very well looked after and you can see what ive fitted at start of post as im a vehicle technician and this is the 1st (and last) vw ive owned ! ive always had jap (wrxs, skylines, evo and civic type r) and this is the only car that always has a prob wether it be the rear axle bushes , boost issues , pcv issues , waterpump/stat issues etc etc etc . i should of know better being that i fix all makes !!!
i would like to fix my issue with car but someone i know may want to buy it and if thats the case then back to jap it is

Will hopefully take a look at the pcv crap saturday so will let you know what i find ! also if your reading this nick , when you took my car out and said its laggy and doesnt instantly pick up like it should , i remember you saying it seems the dv wasnt shutting/opening when it should or there was a delay with it so try the bypass which i did but didnt make any difference . you also said try adjusting the screw in the boost solenoid in the tip pipe and try it then . i still havent done that so should i try ?

sounds like mine, my actuator bracket is bent not allowing the wastgate to do its job.
